Finance (Accounting) Manager

Work Schedule: M-F 8:45 a.m -5:45 p.m.

Hours per Week: 40

Wage/Salary: $58,000.00 - $87,000.00 - per year

Position Start Date: ASAP

Responsible for the supervision and management of the Finance Department including direction, coordination and development of the general accounting functions. Ensures the accurate preparation of financial statements and reports. Provides development, direction and guidance to Finance Department staff to ensure a high level of accuracy and audit compliance. Coordinates and communicates accounting requirements with operational responsibilities. Requires comprehensive knowledge of credit union policies. Responsible for the completion of Finance Department procedures and support of credit union policies. Provides support to Chief Financial Officer and Senior Management as needed.


REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related financial field and two to five years finance experience acting in a supervisory capacity preferably in a financial institution. A CPA or MBA designation preferred but not required. Requires ability to responsibly supervise staff and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management. Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft applications and basic computer programs. Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills are required.

Part-Time Member Service Representative 1

Work Schedule: Varies: M-F 8:30 a.m - 6:00 p.m

Hours per Week: 20

Wage/Salary: Min. $10.75/hr

Position Start Date: ASAP

Description: Under general supervision, performs routine member transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, VISA payments, loan payments, transfers and check cashing. Operates a computer terminal and maintains records of various transactions. Cross- promotes all credit union products and services and achieves assigned referral goals. Maintains and balances a cash drawer daily.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Requires basic reading, writing, math, communication skills and the ability to work effectively and cohesively with staff and members.


Requires high school education or G.E.D. equivalency certificate. Some general or office background and experience in dealing with the general public is desirable, but no prior teller experience is required.

THE FOLLOWING ARE CONSIDERED A PLUS: Spanish speaking, friendly personality, sales experience, customer service experience and cash handling experience.
